Franchise Opportunity

Are you searching for a business where you can enjoy being your own boss and yet be supported by a team of professionals dedicated to your success? Fabulous Floors ® offers exactly that and with our fast start program, you can be operating your Fabulous Floors ® franchise within four weeks!

Fabulous Floors ® franchisees help homeowners enjoy the original beauty of their hardware floors using our proprietary refinishing system, which is dustless and odorless! The remarkable Fabulous Floors ® system brings back the beauty and character of hardwood floors by gently buffing minor nicks and scratches in the floor's finish, without sanding away precious wood.

Our business is in high demand as more and more homeowners choose to restore their wood floors rather than spend a small fortune to replace them. In addition, our proprietary process saves clients additional money over the costs of traditional wood floor refinishers! Our customers include homeowners, businesses, and remodeling contractors. We have built a reputation based on the quality of our work and the efficiency of our service. As you begin learning more about this exciting opportunity, you will find that no other company does it the Fabulous Floors ® way!

Why Franchise?

We chose to franchise the Fabulous Floors ® system due to the fact that franchising has proven to be one of the most effective expansion methods for successful companies. It permits a franchisor to work with business owners rather than employees. A franchise combines the entrepreneurial drive and commitment of businessperson with the experience and resources of a successful company. The result is a rewarding partnership for both parties.

Franchising also permits successful companies to capitalize on the fact that consumer loyalty towards recognized brands is at an all-time high. Franchising benefits both the franchisor and its franchisees through increasing name recognition. There is little doubt why government statistics show that the success rates of franchised businesses are significantly higher than those of stand-alone, start-up businesses.

I've never looked at franchises before. What should I know about the process?

Franchising has proven to be an extremely successful method of expansion. In essence, franchising permits individuals to benefit from a company's success and avoid time and expense associated with learning about a business from the "ground up. " Franchising is regulated by the FTC and in certain cases, individual states. Franchise companies are required to comply with both Federal and State franchise laws and regulations related to the offering and sale of franchises.

You will find that all compliant franchise companies follow similar paths in introducing prospective franchisees to their franchise. For example, you must receive the franchisor's FTC Disclosure Document at least fourteen days prior to signing the Agreement or paying any money to the franchise company. The disclosure documents include the Disclosure, Franchise Agreement and additional Exhibits (such as the company's financial statements and the Operation Manual Table of Contents).
